Services require a retainer to reserve session time and preparation. Packages are paid in full or via a structured payment schedule prior to service delivery. Hourly services are purchased in prepaid blocks. Work begins once payment is received.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Changes made within 48 hours of a scheduled session and missed appointments are not eligible for refund.
All services are non-refundable. Packages are designed as comprehensive experiences and may not be paused, transferred, or partially refunded once work has begun. Packages must be completed within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
